Test orders, refunds and returns

DESKFLOW is an educational demo store featuring concept products. Checkout is intended only for simulated orders through an official test payment gateway. No physical goods are sold or delivered.

No real payment should be collected, so no monetary refund or physical return is due for a correctly placed test order. Test orders may be canceled or archived as part of the demonstration.

If you believe an actual charge occurred, do not place another order. Contact the store through Help with the order reference, without sending card numbers or security codes. We will investigate; this page does not limit rights that may apply to an actual transaction.
